Most people split their time between hanging at the cabin (pool, hot tub, firepit) and getting out for lake days, short hikes, or a laid-back dinner. ✓ Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. During this time, all outdoor and indoor noise must be kept to a minimum. All music must be turned off completely at 9:00 PM.✓ This is a high-end residential community with strict HOA rules. Music or amplified sound must not be audible from neighboring cabins at any time of day. Guests are required to ensure that sound levels remain fully contained within the property at all times.✓ Out of respect for our neighbors and the surrounding community, we kindly ask all guests to keep noise at a considerate level throughout their stay. In rare cases where noise concerns continue, the HOA may need to step in to help ensure community guidelines are followed.\✓ Pool heat is $75 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heat fee is specifically to cover the costs associated with heating the pool.\✓ Pool heat must be turned on or off for the entire stay (cannot be adjusted daily).\✓ Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.\✓ Please note: Pool heaters can generally only increase the water temperature by about 30°F above the outside air temperature.\✓ Cell service can be spotty in Hochatown, but WiFi is available for staying connected\✓ The cabin is tucked in the woods, so you may see wildlife like deer and occasional insects—pretty normal for the area, especially during warmer months.\✓ We recommend using Google Maps instead of Apple Maps, as Apple Maps can be unreliable in this area of Broken Bow. We’ll also send clear arrival directions.\✓ Firewood isn’t always provided, so you may want to grab some locally for the fire pit. Please fully extinguish fires after use and clean the grill after grilling.\✓ Age requirement: The minimum age to book is 18. We kindly ask that no parties or events are held—any violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.\✓  Indoor Fireplace: Available for use from October 1 – March 31.\✓ Hot Tub Use: The hot tub is professionally cleaned between stays.\✓ Pet Policy: No limit on the number of pets!
