We’ll also send clear arrival directions.\✓ Firewood isn’t always provided, so you may want to grab some locally for the fire pit. Please fully extinguish fires after use and clean the grill after grilling.\✓ Age requirement: The minimum age to book is 18. We kindly ask that no parties or events are held—any violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.\✓ Fireplaces (indoor & outdoor): Available for use from October 1 – March 31.\✓ Hot Tub Use: The hot tub is professionally cleaned between stays.\✓ Pet Policy: $45 per pet per stay, No limit on the number of pets!
