The minimum age to book is 18. No parties or events—violations may result in immediate termination of stay. Fireplaces (indoor & outdoor) are available October 1–March 31 only. Please supervise children near the fishing pond. Please fully extinguish fires after use and clean the grill after grilling. Firewood is not always provided—you can grab some locally.
What is the pet fee?
Pets are welcome! The pet fee is $45 per pet, per stay with no limit on the number of pets. The cabin is pet-friendly and professionally cleaned before every stay.
Is the fishing pond open to guests?
Yes—the private fishing pond is just steps from the back deck and is one of Sleepy Fox's most-loved features. Please supervise children near the water at all times.
Is the hot tub available year-round?
Yes—the hot tub is available year-round and is professionally cleaned between every stay.
How far are Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend?
Broken Bow Lake is approximately 22 minutes away. Beavers Bend State Park is about 22 minutes away. Hochatown dining and activities are 8–14 minutes from the cabin.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before check-in. Partial refund if the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before check-in. If canceled less than 7 days before check-in, only the cleaning fee is refundable. This policy applies to direct bookings only — reservations made through Airbnb or VRBO follow that platform's cancellation policy instead.
