Start your mornings at the dedicated coffee bar equipped with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and electric kettle, then gather around the six-seat dining table or the breakfast counter with high chairs.
Designed to accommodate up to fourteen guests across four bedrooms and nine beds, the layout highlights three primary king suites fitted with premium mattresses, smart TVs, room-darkening shades, and dedicated ceiling fans. Four full bathrooms offer dual vanities, walk-in showers, and a luxurious soaking tub. Remote workers can utilize a dedicated workstation with an extra monitor located in the main suite, while the central living area provides high-speed Wi-Fi, full smart streaming access, a sound system, central AC, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The location right off Scenic 30A is unbeatable—we were able to walk to Seagrove Beach access and Café Thirty-A within minutes, and Seaside was just a short 5-minute drive away.
