What are the house rules?
The minimum age to book is 18. No parties or events—violations may result in immediate termination of stay. Fireplaces (indoor & outdoor) are available October 1–March 31 only. Exterior security cameras are in use on the property. Wildlife and insects are normal in this wooded setting.
What is the pet fee?
Pets are welcome! The pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay with no limit on the number of pets. Please select the pet fee add-on during booking.
Is the treehouse safe for children?
The treehouse bedroom is accessed via a rope hanging bridge, which is fun and adventurous but may not be suitable for very young children or guests who are uncomfortable with heights. The rest of the property is fully family-friendly.
Is there parking for boats and trailers?
Yes—parking has plenty of space and can accommodate boats and trailers.
How far is Beavers Bend and local restaurants?
Beavers Bend State Park is about 10 minutes away. Hochatown dining, breweries, and activities are 3–7 minutes from the cabin—some of the closest access in the area.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before check-in. Partial refund if the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before check-in. If canceled less than 7 days before check-in, only the cleaning fee is refundable. This policy applies to direct bookings only — reservations made through Airbnb or VRBO follow that platform's cancellation policy instead.
