What are the house rules?
The minimum age to book is 18. No parties or events—violations may result in immediate termination of stay. Fireplaces (indoor & outdoor) are available October 1–March 31 only. Roads to the cabin are unpaved gravel—drive carefully and use Google Maps. This cabin is in a natural wooded environment so occasional insects and wildlife are expected and normal.
What is the pet fee?
Pets are welcome! The pet fee is $45 per pet, per stay with no limit on the number of pets. Please select the pet fee add-on during booking.
Is the hot tub available year-round?
Yes—the hot tub is available year-round and professionally cleaned between every stay.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before check-in.
Partial refund if the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before check-in.
If canceled less than 7 days before check-in, only the cleaning fee is refundable.
This policy applies to direct bookings only — reservations made through Airbnb or VRBO follow that platform's cancellation policy instead.
